The Test Engineer supports the development and validation of hardware and software products by creating and executing test plans, identifying defects, and documenting results. This role works closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to support new and existing products while improving testing efficiency through automation.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans and procedures
Perform functional, regression, performance, and compatibility testing
Test mobile applications on iOS and Android devices
Identify, document, and track hardware and software issues
Collect and analyze test data to support product validation
Assist with test automation and production test improvements
Create and maintain testing documentation and reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development
Communicate testing progress, issues, and project risks
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Strong communication and documentation skills
Understanding of basic circuit design and testing methods
Ability to read schematics, code, and technical documentation
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
