We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Test Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization known for innovation, quality, and long-standing customer partnerships.

Responsibilities
• Support production test activities by setting up and providing trainings for a wide variety of electrical test equipment, including in-circuit testers, flying probe testers, ICT, and functional test benches.
• Coordinate with customers and Engineering for test deployments and trainings
• Develop test equipment and test fixtures for testing highly complex electronic assemblies and systems
• Lead board failure troubleshooting activities. Investigate the cause of product failures and fix the defects.
• Write, review, evaluate and update test procedures.
• Conduct failure analysis, analyze test data, and make recommendations for test yield improvement. Create reports if required.

Qualifications
• B.S. Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent with 5 or more years of relevant experience. Experience in contract electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of a wide variety of electronics test and analyzing equipment including oscilloscopes, analyzers, power supplies, meters and any other special electronics test equipment necessary for testing, analyzing and/or troubleshooting/repairing.
• Excellent electronics troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and understand circuit and wiring diagrams, technical specifications and electronics test procedures
• Strong PC hardware architecture troubleshooting skills
• Familiar with GenRad ICT testers, Takaya flying probe, and IC programmers.
• Knowledge of LabView, Test Expert, IEE448/GPIB, LAN, RS232, Linux and Python
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a highly demanding environment
• Good team work and effective oral and written communication skills needed.
