We are seeking a highly motivated Electronics Manufacturing Test Engineer to join our team in Greenville, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting test solutions for electronic manufacturing processes. You will work closely with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure robust testing, high product quality, and continuous process improvement
.
Key Responsibiliti
esDevelop and implement comprehensive test strategies, procedures, and test programs for electronic assemblies throughout the production lifecycl
e.Design, build, qualify, and maintain test fixtures and associated hardware for PCBAs and electronic system
s.Support electronic manufacturing operations by troubleshooting test equipment, debugging failures, and minimizing downtim
e.Perform failure analysis, root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and manufacturing efficienc
y.Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to integrate test solutions into production environment
s.Review PCB designs and provide Design-for-Test (DFT) recommendations to improve test access, coverage, and fixture compatibilit
y.Analyze test data and manufacturing metrics to drive continuous improvement initiative
s.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and Lean manufacturing principle
s.Maintain, calibrate, and continuously improve existing test systems and fixture
s.Stay current with emerging test technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing performanc
e.
