Job Title: New Wave Program - Techno-Functional Configurator
Work Location: Albuquerque, NM

Speridian is investing in hiring and training students and graduates from universities in New Mexico. We are excited to continue our New Wave accelerator with two classes. This program offers employment to candidates for 6-months to train and learn with the goal of future employment opportunities at Speridian.

The training program includes learning courses for developing technical and functional expertise aligned to industry-leading software technologies and analyst needs. This training program offers a blend of instructor-led, in-person, and virtual guided learning. You will be learning from industry experts.

The desired outcome for the individuals accepted into the program would be placement into Speridian as a Techno-Functional Configurator.

Skills Desired:
Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Time management – Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Confidence/Resilience – Comfortable receiving and applying feedback
Lifelong learning – Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies
Teamwork – Able to work collaboratively and independently
Interest in SDLC concepts
Interest in SQL fundamentals and database management
Familiarity with data structures and data modeling concepts
Interest in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
Interest in AI tools and their application in problem solving
