About the role

In your role as a technician, you will work with product engineers to validate eval boards and SLT programs. You will collect data across temperatures using the cobra, thermal machines or automated handlers. You will work with the team to document test results, log performance metrics, and report anomalies or failures following the procedure. You will work with the team running the automated handlers for engineering and pre-production testing for customer samples. You will work with the team to calibrate, clean, maintain, and perform basic repairs on testing stations and handlers.

Base pay range is $20.19 - $37.50 an hour. The base pay offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent military/disaster electronics training).
One or more years of experience working on a semiconductor test floor or in an electronics manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with handlers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies and basic hand tools.
Familiar with windows environment and proficient with Microsoft tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, or Teams to log test data, write reports and collaborate.

Responsibilities

Build bench setups, verify and transfer to the handler.
Install relevant software on laptops used on our bench and handler setups.
Hand test or handler run for silicon characterization, correlation, program buyoff and customer sampling.
Perform basic test related debugging and preventative maintenance.
Support NPI planner on shipments to customers.
Support T/PE’s engineering work.
