Technical Project Manager

Work Experience and Required Qualifications-

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
· 12+ years of experience in technical project management or engineering program management
· Mandatory experience in Semiconductor Equipment Software development and delivery.
· Strong understanding of SEMI standards, SECS/GEM.
· Should have Semiconductor Fab experience and understanding of Fab automation workflows.
· Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies.
· Strong background in software engineering with hands-on technical understanding.
· Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs involving software, systems, and hardware teams.
· Proven experience in:
-High-level system/software design reviews
-Stakeholder communication and executive reporting
-Risk identification and mitigation
-Program scheduling, planning, and tracking
-Cross-functional team leadership
· Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
· Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications-

· Experience with semiconductor equipment domains such as wafer processing, inspection, metrology, lithography, etch, deposition, packaging, or automation systems.
· Familiarity with industrial automation, real-time systems, equipment control software, or factory automation solutions.
· PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
· Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
