About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Solution Architect with deep expertise in Palantir platforms and mission-focused software delivery. This individual will lead architecture and implementation efforts, guide secure software development, mentor engineers, and work directly with customers to deploy scalable operational solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with leadership and customer-facing experience and is comfortable moving between architecture, implementation, problem solving, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities
Embed directly with customer teams to understand mission workflows, operational challenges, and user requirements.
Architect and deploy scalable solutions leveraging Palantir Foundry, Apollo, and related technologies.
Lead implementation efforts from initial discovery through production deployment and sustainment.
Build secure, maintainable, and high-performing software in classified or secure environments.
Collaborate closely with mission stakeholders, operators, and engineering teams to rapidly iterate on solutions.
Mentor engineers through technical leadership, code reviews, and implementation best practices.
Conduct research into emerging technologies, platform capabilities, and operational use cases.
Solve complex technical challenges during critical delivery phases and operational surges.
Lead customer demos, workshops, and technical feedback sessions.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, data engineering, or related technical disciplines.
Prior experience as a Palantir FDSE, Delta, Deployment Strategist, or equivalent highly preferred.
Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and/or Apollo.
Proven experience leading technical implementations in government, defense, intelligence, or other secure environments.
Ability to design systems architecture while remaining hands-on in development and delivery.
Experience building scalable data pipelines, operational workflows, and mission applications.
Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
Military, intelligence, law enforcement, or special operations experience is a plus but not required.
