We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Lead – Java Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Microservices, React, Cloud Technologies, and Agile methodologies. The role involves technical leadership, solution design, mentoring development teams, and ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications.
Architect scalable and secure solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Microservices.
Drive technical discussions, solution design, and code reviews.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Stakeholders, and Engineering Teams.
Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and non-functional requirements.
Mentor and guide developers, conduct technical reviews, and support team growth.
Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability challenges.
Lead Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
Drive DevOps best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure automation.
Monitor application health and ensure production stability.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of software development experience with strong Full Stack expertise.
5+ years of experience in Technical Leadership or Team Lead roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.js.
Expertise in designing distributed and event-driven systems using Kafka/Solace.
Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and API-led architecture.
Experience with AWS/Azure cloud platforms and containerized deployments.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Excellent problem-solving, system design, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to mentor, guide, and lead engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SAFe Agile environments.
SAFe Certification.
Experience in Airline, Aviation, Airport, or Travel Domain projects.
Familiarity with AI-powered coding and testing tools.
Experience working with large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
