What We’re Looking For

A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
0–5 years of experience (internships, co-ops, or hands-on projects a big plus!).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor (2009+), and blueprint reading—or a willingness to learn fast.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
A collaborative mindset and a hunger for growth.
