Build the foundation of industrial additive manufacturing in North America
About North Channel 3D
North Channel 3D is redefining how advanced manufacturing technologies are brought to market in North America.
We partner with world class global manufacturers and build the local infrastructure required for real adoption including applications expertise, technical support, service, spare parts, and disciplined channel development.
Our mission is simple:
Great technology alone is not enough. Execution wins markets.
We are building a platform that enables industrial additive manufacturing to scale and we are looking for a hands-on, driven Technical & Applications Engineer to help lead that effort.
Why This Role Matters
This is not a typical engineering role.
This is a foundational hire that will help define how North Channel 3D delivers technical excellence, supports customers, and builds credibility in the market.
You will be on the front lines working directly with customers, running machines, solving real production challenges, and helping companies adopt technologies that materially change how they manufacture.
If you are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from the ground up, and wants real ownership this is the opportunity.
This is a hands-on, full-time in-office role based in Minneapolis, working directly with industrial additive manufacturing systems.
What You’ll Do
You will operate at the intersection of applications, engineering, and customer success across both polymer and metal additive platforms.

Support customers in process development, material selection, and production readiness
Work closely with channel partners to enable their technical success
Maintain demo systems and ensure technical readiness for customer visits
Represent North Channel 3D at trade shows, customer sites, and industry events
