Talvian Search (formerly Ethos India) is delighted to announce the next phase of our partnership as the Exclusive Talent Partner for this prestigious Team Build project with Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions (WMFTS), a flagship business of Spirax Group plc (FTSE 100) and a global leader in niche peristaltic pumps and fluid path technologies, as they establish their Global Engineering Hub in Pune, India.

Following our milestone placement of the Head of Engineering to anchor the hub, this recent milestone marks an important first step in building this high-calibre engineering organisation.

We are now open to inviting applications from a wider team of talented professionals who will contribute to the founding engineering team that will drive international operations and this global engineering capability.

Candidate Qualification Profile:

● Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering
● Minimum of 5 years' experience
● Knowledge of various manufacturing techniques and practices.
● Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple priorities at once.
● Location: Based in Pune or open to relocation.
● Domain Experience: Background in industrial machinery, fluid path technologies, precision engineering, or customised manufacturing.
● Global Exposure: Proven track record collaborating with international engineering teams.
