Key Responsibilities
Lead a cross-functional engineering team building AI-powered call center solutions.
Oversee the deployment and tuning of STT, TTS, and LLM models.
Translate expert agent feedback into model tuning strategies.
Manage prompt engineering, RAG/CAG integration, and action workflows.
Customize models rapidly for new enterprise clients.
Ensure the team can:
Understand speech-to-text and text-to-speech models
Analyze feedback from expert call agents
Develop and refine prompts for LLM tuning
Create reliable, scalable workforce models
Optimize model operations to reduce cost
Integrate LLMs with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Context-Augmented Generation (CAG) systems
Build custom action workflows linked with enterprise data systems
Enable rapid customization for customer-specific use cases and data environments
Requirements
Strong background in NLP and LLMs (GPT, Mistral, Claude, etc.)
Experience in leading AI/ML teams or mentoring
Exposure to distributed teams across time zones
Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), vector DBs, LangChain, etc.
Deep understanding of NLP, speech technologies, and generative AI stacks
Strong systems architecture and cloud deployment skills
Experience leading technical teams, ideally in a fast-paced environment
