als.- Develop prototypes and troubleshoot campaign performance, optimizing Braze configurations for SMS, push, and email chann
els.- Act as the Braze SME, guiding teams on best practices, QA testing, and complex configurations (segments, automation workflo
ws).- Integrate Braze with CDPs (e.g., mParticle, Segment) and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) to unify customer data and enable cross-functional collaborat
ion.- Mentor technical teams, establish documentation standards, and ensure compliance with telco data regulati
ons.Preferred Qualificat
