Role Description This is a full-time, on-site T24 Testing role based in Mumbai. The T24 Tester will design, review, and execute test cases for T24 core banking modules, ensuring functional, integration, and regression testing are completed accurately and on schedule. Responsibilities include analyzing business and technical requirements, preparing test data, identifying defects, and tracking them through resolution in collaboration with development and business teams. The role involves preparing test documentation, supporting user acceptance testing, and contributing to test planning and status reporting. The T24 Tester will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to EY’s quality and risk management standards.
Qualifications
Strong software testing skills, including Testing and Software Testing experience in T24 or core banking environments.
Ability to design, document, and execute detailed Test Cases, with a focus on coverage, traceability, and repeatability.
Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting requirements, investigating issues, and validating complex banking workflows.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project managers.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, or similar) is preferred.
Familiarity with T24 modules, banking operations, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail and quality.
