Lead sustaining engineering activities for system and datacenter products, manufacturing test continuity throughout the product lifecycle.
Drive continuous improvements in manufacturing test methodologies, diagnostics, and production processes to improve yield, efficiency, and product quality.
Investigate field, manufacturing, and customer-reported issues, performing root cause analysis and driving corrective and preventive actions across cross-functional teams.
Own sustaining test strategies, including maintenance and optimization of test fixtures, equipment, diagnostic software.
Partner with design, validation, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and operations teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure smooth product sustainment.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers supporting multiple sustaining products, providing technical guidance, prioritization, and project leadership.
What we need to see:
6+ years of experience with post silicon validation experience in Board or System products.
2+ years of management experience or leading technical teams and projects
BS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
Familiarity with manufacturing, chip to system.
Python programming and bash scripting experience.
Excellent communication and people skills
