System Test Engineer/Manager (Expatriate in USA) - USIF38315

Lead Server System / FATP NPI projects with focus on test-related feasibility analysis, including capacity, process, PFMEA, DFX, equipment, fixtures, and automation.
Perform system-level testing for server products, including Linux-based testing, burn-in testing, and diagnostic tool utilization.
Develop and maintain test fixtures, test scripts, and test plans to support NPI and mass production.
Set up, optimize, and ramp system testing stations and processes for NPI and mass production.
Create test SOPs and standard documentation, and deliver training to testing and production personnel.
Lead test issue analysis, verification, troubleshooting, and root cause resolution.
Work closely with Production and Quality teams to improve test yield, stability, and overall manufacturing performance.
Validate and implement ECN/ECR for firmware and hardware changes related to testing.
Drive test process optimization, efficiency improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
