As the System Engineering Senior Manager you are responsible for providing technical oversight and guidance on requirements, architecture, design, performance analysis, configuration management, flight sciences, and verification of changes to the program system working closely with the Chief Systems Engineer to execute the updates per the incremental/agile development process.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

System Engineering reviews to include System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), and Critical Design Review (CDR)
Lead cross-functional engineering activities, including CONOPS development, trade studies, system analyses, and system performance
Coordinate and oversee requirements development for the Element Specification and Component Specifications
Oversee Program System verification
Support Model-Based System engineering initiatives
