Are you passionate about architecting next-generation high-speed communication systems? We are looking for an experienced Analog Design Architect to lead the definition and development of cutting-edge High-Speed RX Architectures for SerDes and wireline communication interfaces.
What You'll Do
Define and own High-Speed RX architectures, driving system-level trade-offs across power, performance, area, and reliability.
Architect and guide the implementation of key RX blocks including CTLE, VGA, DFE, Comparators/Slicers, and CDR support circuits.
Analyze channel characteristics, signal integrity, jitter, noise, and equalization requirements.
Lead technical reviews and mentor analog design teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful silicon products from architecture through validation.
What We're Looking For
1218+ years of experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design.
Strong expertise in High-Speed RX Architecture Definition and SerDes Design.
Hands-on experience with CTLE, DFE, VGA, CDR, PAM4/NRZ signaling, and Signal Integrity analysis.
Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, and AMS simulation environments.
Proven track record of delivering multiple high-speed silicon products.
Preferred Experience
PCIe, Ethernet, USB, CXL, UCIe, or similar high-speed interfaces.
Advanced CMOS/FinFET technology nodes.
