About the Role
Are you an expert at turning architectural visions into precision-engineered steel realities? As we expand our dedicated technical capabilities, we are establishing a core engineering team. Our physical operations are anchored in Mysore, but to find the absolute best talent, we are completely open to candidates willing to relocate to Mysore or work remotely from anywhere in India.
We are looking for an experienced PEB Detailing Engineer who lives and breathes structural steel, shop drawings, and 3D fabrication modeling. This is not a generic drafting job. You will be a vital engineering link, taking ownership of international industrial warehouses and commercial PEB projects from initial concept through to final fabrication data release.
What You Will Do
· Take full ownership of generating fabrication-ready shop drawings, assembly layouts, and structural connection maps.
· Design and detail primary and secondary framing components (built-up sections, columns, rafters, purlins, and bracing systems).
· Perform thorough self-checks on structural models to eliminate manufacturing or field-erection alignment errors.
· Deliver seamless data packages including CNC data, part drawings, and phased delivery packing sheets.
The Right Candidate Profile (Must-Haves)
· 3 to 5 Years of Pure PEB Industry Experience: You have spent the last few years working with a major steel fabricator or structural consultancy handling pre-engineered building lines.
· Shop Drawing Mastery: You can read connection details in your sleep and have a deep command of structural detailing conventions.
· Software Toolkit: Highly proficient in Tekla Structures or Metal Building Software (MBS).
· Verifiable Track Record: You can provide a portfolio of completed projects and clear reference contacts to verify your employment history.
· Strong Communicator: Ability to write clear technical updates and collaborate effectively with stakeholders in English across different time zones.
