Key Responsibilities
Lead structural engineering projects from concept through completion
Take full ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction
Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff to foster high-performing teams
Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver efficient and practical design solutions
Perform structural analysis and design, with a strong emphasis on wood construction for residential and commercial projects
Contribute to the development of advanced workflows, automation tools, and internal engineering systems
Support the creation of scalable design frameworks to improve consistency and execution
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement technology-driven solutions
Qualifications
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) required
Demonstrated experience in wood design for residential and commercial structures
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Proven leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and team development
Excellent communication skills with both technical and operational leadership capabilities
Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
Interest in innovation, technology, and advancing engineering processes
