Mechanical Integration & Structural Load Test Engineer
About the Rol
eWe are looking for a Mechanical Integration & Structural Load Test Engineer to support the development and verification of aerospace structures for launch vehicle and space systems. This role involves hands-on responsibility for integration of structural hardware, setup and execution of structural load tests, and validation of structural performance against design requirements
.You will work closely with design, analysis, manufacturing, and test teams to ensure flight hardware and development articles are assembled, instrumented, and tested to meet program objectives

onPerform mechanical integration of aerospace structures including primary and secondary assemblie
s.Execute assembly, alignment, and installation of structural components using engineering drawings and procedure
s.Develop integration plans, assembly sequences, and work instruction
s.Conduct fit checks, interface validation, and dimensional inspection
s.Support resolution of integration issues, hardware discrepancies, and configuration change
s.Structural Load Testi
ngSupport planning and execution of structural load tests including development, qualification, and acceptance testin
g.Translate structural analysis load cases into physical test setup
s.Prepare load introduction hardware, fixtures, and reaction structure
s.Install and validate instrumentation including strain gauges, load cells, and displacement sensor
s.Monitor load application and structural response during testin
g.Test Operatio
nsParticipate in test readiness reviews and execution activitie
s.Ensure configuration and calibration of instrumentation and data acquisition system
s.Support closed-loop load control testing environment
s.Document test results, anomalies, and engineering observation
s.Documentation & Quali

s.Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety procedure

Basic Qualificati
onsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipli
ne.3–6+ years of experience in mechanical integration, structural testing, or aerospace hardware developme
nt.Experience working with large structural assemblies or aerospace componen
ts.Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&
;T.Familiarity with instrumentation such as strain gauges, load cells, and displacement senso
