Structural Design Technician (PDX) : 201332

We’re hiring a Structural Designer (Portland, OR) to support 2D and 3D structural design for advanced manufacturing and semiconductor facilities. This is a great opportunity for an early-career designer to grow their skills in Revit while contributing to high-tech, fast-paced projects.
Pay: $37.60- $40.91 per hour DOE
Key Responsibilities
Develop 3D structural models using Revit or similar tools
Produce structural drawings and documentation
Ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
Participate in BIM, QA/QC, and design coordination efforts
Manage assigned work independently and meet deadlines
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
CAD/Drafting coursework
2+ years of structural drafting/design experience
1+ year of Revit experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in CAD or related field
3+ years of Revit experience
Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam
Experience with steel and concrete structures
Industrial or semiconductor facility experience
Additional Details
Hybrid role (must live within 50 miles of Portland, OR)
Minimum 2 days/week onsite
