KriSemi Design Technologies is looking for an experienced Standard Cell Characterization Engineer to join an exciting opportunity focused on advanced semiconductor technology nodes.

📍 Location: Bengaluru
💼 Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Own the characterization and quality assurance of standard cell libraries for advanced process nodes, including FinFET and GAA technologies.
🔹 Develop and validate Liberty models such as NLDM, CCS, ECSM, and LVF.
🔹 Build automation, regression, and statistical verification flows to ensure accurate timing, power, and noise characterization.
🔹 Collaborate with Circuit Design, Layout, STA, CAD, and Product Engineering teams to deliver robust, silicon-correlated library releases.
