Staff Verification Design Engineer, DRAM

This role involves shaping verification strategies for advanced DRAM memory products, working closely with design, engineering, and testing teams to ensure high performance, quality, and reliability.

Responsibilities include contributing to the design and verification of memory circuits from gate-level to full chip, developing verification plans, and leading circuit- and system-level verification using industry-standard tools and methodologies.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, 5+ years of verification experience, strong semiconductor circuit design knowledge, and proficiency with HSPICE and Python.

Preferred qualifications include experience with DFT, RTL verification, silicon validation, and mentoring teams.
