We’re specifically looking for people who have built the agent itself:
• Multi-step reasoning & execution
• Tool use/orchestration
• State management
• Reliability & recovery loops
• Agent evaluation/task completion
• Real-world autonomous workflows

Wider LLM systems experience is valuable, but the key signal is ownership of the actual agent behaviour - not just the surrounding infrastructure.
