Are you passionate about new technologies? This role offers a great chance for an experienced and driven Signal and Power Integrity engineer to join the SIPI team. You will work on the future of System-in-Package development, concentrating on discovering the best implementations to enhance Arm IP performance.
Responsibilities
Build and analyze novel System-in-Package designs
Deliver robust build methodologies and silicon/platform electrical integrity solution spaces
Develop innovative power delivery techniques and interfaces
Supervise package builds and run specific packaging analysis tools
Take on a tech lead position and deliver technical oversight to sub-workgroups
Necessary Skills and Experience:
More than 5 years of experience in Power Integrity
Expertise with SIPI analysis environments (Ansys suite, Cadence, etc.)
Deep understanding of multi-port matrices (S, Y, Z parameters)
Knowledge of electromagnetic extraction methodologies
Ability to drive modifications in the build and give technical direction
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Understanding of SoC implementations and models
Experience in System level Power Quality Assurance
Familiarity with complete package build flow
Knowledge of packaging manufacturing steps
Experience with advanced packaging (2.5D, 3D)
Proficiency in Linux environment and scripting

Salary Range: $198,100-$268,000 per year
