Key Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, RF Engineering, or a closely related discipline
3–5 years of hands-on experience in silicon-based RF/microwave design
Demonstrated track record of taking silicon MMIC products from design through production release
Familiarity with high-frequency packaging techniques
Proficiency with industry-standard IC design tools (e.g. Cadence Virtuoso)
Experience with 3D electromagnetic simulation software (e.g. Momentum, EMX, HFSS)
Strong communication skills, both technical and cross-functional, with the ability to work across engineering, sales, and product teams

Benefits and Working Conditions
Fully onsite role based in the Greater Boston, MA area
Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage
