Sr Technical Lead-Testing Services

Area(s) of responsibility

Lead the automation testing efforts and manage the automation team.

Interact with clients to understand requirements and plan execution strategies.
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium/java.
Review and provide feedback on test scripts developed by the team.
Solve technical issues and challenges faced by the team during automation.
Plan and oversee the execution of automated tests to ensure software quality.
Report progress, test results, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
Update and enhance the existing automation framework to improve efficiency

and coverage.

Create and maintain reusable assets for automation to streamline testing

processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of

automation efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Automation Lead or similar role with a strong focus on

Selenium.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python.
Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
Experience with test management tools like ADO and defect tracking systems.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.
