requires strong hands‑on expertise in analog/digital hardware design, mixed-signal systems, PCB design, hardware bring‑up, and system‑level debugging.

Responsibilities

Help with the design and development of electronic hardware for Industrial Automation products such as Electric Actuators.
Design analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits including microcontroller systems, sensor interfaces, power supplies, and signal conditioning.
Design and develop BLDC motor controller hardware, including 3-phase inverter topology, gate drivers, current sensing, and protection circuits.
Collaborate with firmware teams for motor control bring-up (FOC / commutation) and system-level tuning and debugging.
Design and optimize AC-DC / DC-DC power architectures, including topology selection, efficiency optimization, and thermal considerations.
Translate system requirements into robust, manufacturable hardware solutions.
Define and document system architecture, requirements, and hardware specifications.
Guide schematic design, component selection, and PCB layout with focus on DFM / DFT, signal integrity, manufacturability, and cost optimization.
Individually own and execute PCB design activities, including layout reviews, stack‑up definition, high‑speed routing considerations, and collaboration with layout engineers when needed.
Oversee hardware prototyping, bring-up, debugging, and performance validation using lab instruments and test automation.
Ensure compliance with EMI / EMC, safety, and environmental regulations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including firmware & mechanical engineers, to ensure cohesive and integrated product development.
Interact with vendors, contract manufacturers, and certification agencies for sourcing, production readiness, and product approvals.
Develop Product domain knowledge, conduct and participate in team meetings and knowledge sharing sessions.
Report & communicate project progress to stakeholders periodically.

Note: This is an Individual Contributor role requiring strong hands‑on expertise in schematic design, PCB layout, hardware bring‑up, and system‑level debugging.

Requirement
