Pregis is looking for a Sr. Project Engineer to lead the development of next‑generation converting equipment for our Automated Mailing & Bagging business. This is a high-impact role where engineering leadership meets hands-on innovation—from concept through full-scale manufacturing.

What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end equipment design, engineering, and implementation
Remove converting bottlenecks and improve safety, performance, and repeatability
Manage vendors from design through FAT and integration
Drive engineering change processes and technology testing
Support new product development, material trials, and scale-up
What You Bring
7+ years in converting, web handling, automation, or flexible packaging equipment
BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Strong expertise in machine design, controls (PLC/HMI/SCADA), and automation
Proficiency in SolidWorks (including structural & motion analysis)
Experience taking equipment from concept to production
A hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments
