Development of Semiconductor capital equipmen
tChamber architecture & design experienc
eEx: Chamber design to process performance optimizatio
nEx: Electrode design for uniform processin
gEx: Gas/liquid flow optimization for process tunin
gAnalytical leadership from conception through design & testin
gModeling and predictive analysis for leading edge technologie
sTechnology leadership to guide engineering teams through complex design tradeoff analysi
sCustomer success orientation - influencing & communication for new product & performance improvemen
tIP conceptualization & experimentatio
nChamber Design (thermal, deposition, cleaning, etching, etc.
)
Qualification
s MS or PHD degrees in Physics, Engineering, Material Science - or other applicable technical degrees or experien
ce6+ years of capital equipment & chamber design experien
ceExperience with 1) vacuum system 2) thermal analysis 3) flow dynami
csTeam oriented problem solver, with excellent organizational and communication skill
s.Hands on orientation to lab experimentati
on
