What You’ll Love About This Role:
Lead and contribute to physical substation design projects from concept through commissioning
Serve as a technical expert in your focus area while mentoring engineers and technicians
Work hands‑on with customers to design, configure, and deliver engineered solutions

What We’re Looking For:
BS in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
8+ years of experience in power systems or substation engineering
Strong design expertise and customer‑facing experience
Willingness to travel (~25%)
PE license preferred
A mentor mindset and a team‑first attitude

Pay Range Data:
Project Engineer III $136,000.00 - $201,000 per year. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
