🚀 We're Hiring: Physical Design Engineer (8+ Years Experience)
We are looking for a motivated and talented Physical Design Engineer to join our growing team. If you have strong experience in advanced node physical implementation and timing closure, we would love to hear from you!
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Physical design implementation including Floorplanning, Placement, CTS, and STA in advanced technology nodes (28nm and below)
• Timing closure using Static Timing Analysis (STA) methodologies
• Implementation and optimization of Power Grid and Clock Tree
• Handling signal integrity challenges including OCV/AOCV and statistical timing
• Clock tree analysis and optimization
• Physical verification activities including IR drop analysis, CLP, and formal verification
• Supporting EDA tool benchmarking and flow improvements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across RTL, P&R, and verification
🔹 Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of industry experience in Physical Design
• Strong experience in Floorplanning / Placement / CTS / STA
• Knowledge of power optimization and timing closure techniques
• Experience with Physical Verification and Low Power methodologies
• Strong scripting skills (Tcl / Perl / C)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
