Job Title: Sr. FEA Engineer
Job Description
The Sr. FEA Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring designs are safe, durable, and production-ready by utilizing simulation and calculations. This position involves identifying and resolving potential issues early in the design process and supporting prototype builds, testing, and certification. The engineer will closely collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and customer teams to provide technical troubleshooting for production and field issues, ensuring all designs meet required industry standards.
Mix of office-based and floor-based work
Typical 40 hour work week
Opportunity to work on highly visible, mission-critical designs impacting safety and reliability in real-world military operations.
Ideal for individuals who enjoy solving complex structural problems and seeing designs progress from concept to certified hardware.
Responsibilities
Use simulation and calculations to confirm designs are safe and ready for production.
Identify and resolve potential design issues early in the process.
Support prototype builds, testing, and certification processes.
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and customer teams to ensure design integrity.
Provide technical troubleshooting for production and field issues.
Ensure designs comply with industry standards.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $53.00/hr.
