Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for an onsite position in Addison, TX, specializing in schematic capture, PCB design, and electrical circuit development. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with electrical design, schematic creation, PCB layout, circuit analysis, and hardware development. The role will involve developing and reviewing electrical designs, troubleshooting hardware, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Requirements

5+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering / Hardware Design.
Strong experience in Schematic Capture and PCB Design.
Hands-on experience with Altium Designer, OrCAD, or similar PCB design tools.
Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.
Experience with PCB layout, component selection, and circuit analysis.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
Experience with hardware testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC is preferred.
Experience with embedded hardware/electronics is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.
Must be available to work onsite in Addison, TX.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop electrical schematics and PCB assemblies.
Perform schematic capture, PCB layout, and design reviews.
Analyze circuits and support component selection and hardware development.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and hardware issues.
Conduct design verification, testing, and debugging of electronic systems.
Review PCB designs for signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, and manufacturability.
Create and maintain engineering documentation, schematics, and design specifications.
Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, and other engineering teams.
Support prototype development, testing, and production release.
Identify design improvements and ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards.
