Clinii is expanding our product and customer-facing team and hiring two Solution Engineers / Product Experts to support our continued growth.
This role is ideal for someone who understands healthcare operations, can quickly learn complex software workflows, and can explain technology in a clear, practical way. You will help lead product demonstrations, support sales conversations, assist with onboarding, and serve as a product expert for customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
Lead and support product demonstrations for prospective customers
Understand customer workflows and explain how Clinii fits into their operations
Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Implementation teams
Support onboarding and training for new customers
Translate customer needs into clear product and workflow recommendations
Help prepare demo environments, use cases, and customer-specific presentations
Provide product feedback to the internal team based on customer conversations
Become a subject matter expert on Clinii’s platform, including Clinii Web, CareLink, and Connect-AI
Requirements
Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, care management, EHR workflows, or clinical operations
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand complex workflows and explain them simply
Comfortable speaking with executives, operators, care managers, and clinical teams
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work from Clinii’s NYC office
Experience with CCM, PCM, value-based care, or EHR systems is a strong plus
