Role Description
Floats & Fuel Cells, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented SolidWorks Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP) to join our team in a full-time, on-site position. This role is based in Memphis, TN. The CSWP will be responsible for creating advanced 3D models, designing complex assemblies, performing detailed simulations, and preparing technical drawings. Collaboration with engineering and production teams will be necessary to improve design processes and ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications
Proficiency in using SolidWorks, including advanced modeling, assembly creation, and simulation analysis
Experience with technical drawing, design validation, and CAD standards
Familiarity with materials and fabrication processes related to aviation fuel cells
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical details effectively
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field is preferred
SolidWorks CSWP certification is required; additional CAD certifications are a plus
Previous experience in aerospace or aviation manufacturing/engineering is an advantage
