Software Test Engineer

About the Company

A well established, and international Healthcare Organization in Charlotte is currently hiring for a Software Test Engineer with design verification experience!

Responsibilities
Develop verification strategies, build test plans, and carry out verification activities
Configure and maintain automated testing framework
Create software tools used for hardware validation and functional testing
Collaborate with Software Development Engineers to define effective user‑acceptance test cases
Execute established test plans
Plan and run regression tests while identifying consistent, reproducible defects

Qualifications
Practical experience working with PCBs, including soldering, testing, and troubleshooting
Background in professional software testing
Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes
Local to Charlotte or open to relocating
Able to pass a drug screen and background check
