The Role
A technical, hands-on role where you will:
Analyze the existing system architecture, understand why it was built the way it is, and independently implement structural improvements.
Build and scale robust backend microservices utilizing Go or Python, AWS Lambda, and Load Balancers.
Contribute to highly intuitive, responsive front-end IoT dashboards using React.
Implement real-time communication, live telemetry, and debugging tools via web sockets and connectRPC/gRPC.
Drive cloud infrastructure planning, automation scripts, and Kubernetes orchestration logic for efficient deployments.
Contribute to and manage secure, scalable user-level authorization frameworks and data pipelines.

The Essential Requirements
Proven commercial experience managing real-time data pipelines, streaming, or high-frequency IoT telemetry.
3+ years of production experience architecting robust backend systems, APIs, and microservices (preferably in Golang, but elite Python architects are highly welcomed).
Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure orchestration, specifically leveraging AWS Lambda and Kubernetes.
A demonstrable "builder" DNA with a proven track record of shipping complex, real-time products under tight constraints.
Full commitment to working 100% on-site, 5 days a week, at the Los Angeles facility.
US Citizen who is eligible for Clearance in the future.

Preferable - 3+ years of commercial experience using React for building responsive user interfaces.
Preferable - Exposure to working with robotics, unmanned systems, or high-scale industrial automation/networking.
Preferable - Hands-on knowledge of geospatial mapping tools like MapBox or MapLibre.
Preferable - Practical experience integrating WebRTC and SRT streaming protocols for live video feeds.
