Responsibilities:
Develop scalable backend infrastructure to support end-to-end data lifecycle management and governance.
Design and implement core frameworks and tooling to enable secure data processing and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.
Engineer automated solutions for real-time system monitoring, risk detection, and operational resilience.
Job Requirements:
3+ years in software engineering with strong CS fundamentals; prior experience with Java is a plus.
Strong capabilities in system design and distributed systems principles.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and a high sense of ownership.
Experience with privacy compliance is a plus.
BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation structure is designed to align with the cost of labor in various geographic markets across the US. The total salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $300,000 annually, based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, competencies and location.
In addition, you may receive benefits depending on the nature of employment, job position, and work location. The benefits that generally apply to regular, full-time employees include:
1. Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Coverage
2. Paid Time Off (PTO)
3. Paid Sick Leave (in accordance with applicable state and local laws)
4. 401(k) Plan
