Location: Pune, India | CTC: Upto 36 LPA Fixed**
Experience: 8–10 Years | Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional to join a high-performing technology team driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the financial services domain.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in ServiceNow Development, Solution Architecture, Financial Services Operations (FSO), and enterprise workflow automation. The role offers the chance to design and implement next-generation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business agility.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) solutions using industry best practices
• Build and enhance case management applications, workflows, workspaces, and automation solutions using Flow Designer and Process Automation Designer
• Leverage FSO Core Data Model to support financial products, customer accounts, transactions, and operational processes
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and enterprise systems to ensure seamless data exchange
• Implement guided workspaces and intelligent workflows to improve operational productivity and customer service outcomes
• Embed governance, compliance, auditability, and risk controls into enterprise workflows
• Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and platform optimization initiatives
• Mentor ServiceNow developers, establish coding standards, conduct peer reviews, and ensure upgrade-safe development practices
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Architecture, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Required Skills & Experience
• 8-10 years of software engineering experience with 4 to 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow FSO (Financial Services Operations) implementations
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow Architecture, Flow Designer, Process Automation Designer, Workspaces, Scoped Applications, JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules, and IntegrationHub
• Experience with REST APIs, document management, Advanced Work Assignment, omnichannel capabilities, and Performance Analytics
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications are mandatory
Preferred Skills
• Experience with FSO Core Data Model, extension patterns, ACLs, and financial services workflows
• Exposure to ServiceNow Now Assist (GenAI) and AI-driven service operations will be an added advantage
