About the Role
We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to lead cloud security, infrastructure automation, and secure deployment practices across our engineering organization.
You will help establish best practices for infrastructure security, CI/CD, compliance, monitoring, and cloud operations while working closely with engineering and leadership teams.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain secure cloud infrastructureDesign and manage CI/CD pipelinesImplement DevSecOps and security automation practicesMonitor infrastructure, incidents, and vulnerabilitiesConduct security audits and remediationImprove deployment reliability and scalabilityCollaborate with engineering teams on secure architectureRequirements
5+ years in DevOps / DevSecOps / Infrastructure EngineeringStrong experience with:AWS, GCP, or AzureKubernetes and DockerTerraform or Infrastructure as CodeCI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)Monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)Experience with:Security scanningIAM and cloud securitySecrets managementCompliance frameworksStrong Linux and scripting skillsPreferred
SOC2 or HIPAA experienceSecurity certificationsStartup experienceExperience supporting AI infrastructureBonus
Python or Go scriptingKubernetes securityPenetration testing exposure
