The Role
As a Member of Technical Staff, you’ll design and scale the core backend systems powering autonomous agents operating in real-world, high-stakes environments. This is a deeply technical, high-ownership role where you’ll work across infrastructure and AI-driven systems—shipping to production from day one.
What You’ll Do
Build and scale backend systems powering autonomous AI agents
Design infrastructure and architecture for new product verticals
Work across multimodal systems (LLMs, computer vision, OCR, telematics)
Own services end-to-end, from design to deployment
Improve throughput and reliability for enterprise-scale workloads
Operate in a highly autonomous, fast-paced engineering environment
What You’ll Bring
Backend engineering experience (Python preferred)
Strong CS fundamentals (top-tier academia, ICPC/IMO/IOI, or equivalent signals)
Experience in high-performance environments (HFT, elite startups, strong big tech teams)
Proven track record building production systems
Familiarity with distributed systems, APIs, cloud (AWS/GCP), Docker, Postgres, vector DBs
High agency with evidence of ownership (side projects, fast growth, founder mentality)
