The Role
We are seeking a Software Engineer to design and build scalable, high-performance systems for healthcare imaging platforms and clinical data workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop backend systems using C# / .NET Core
Develop frontend systems using Angular
Build and support integrations using HL7 v2, FHIR, and DICOM
Work with PACS, RIS, and Vendor Neutral Archives (VNA)
Design scalable REST APIs
Optimize system performance in high-volume healthcare environments
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data security, and healthcare regulations
Participate in SDLC, Agile development, and code reviews
Troubleshoot integration, data integrity, and system performance issues
Qualifications
2–4 years of backend development experience (C#, .NET, API development)
2–4 years of frontend development experience (Angular)
Experience with SQL Server / relational databases
Familiarity with healthcare IT, EHR/EMR integration, or medical imaging systems preferred
