Software Engineer

Goliath has been retained by a brand new prop shop based in NYC targeting Python Developers to work on greenfield projects.
Responsibilities
Work directly with traders and quants to build tools supporting live equity arbitrage strategies
Develop Python-based data pipelines, trading analytics, and automation tools
Own features end-to-end, from design through deployment
Improve and scale existing systems as strategies evolve
Operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative trading environment with immediate feedback loops

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Python
Experience to financial markets (preferably within trading)
SQL database or relational database skills
