The Opportunity

This role operates at the intersection of financial technology and AI, with direct organizational impact and a mandate to drive AI transformation across the company.
The Role
Gain is rapidly growing its Atlanta-based development team and is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join hybrid out of our Atlanta, GA headquarters. The ideal candidate is an entry-level to early-career engineer eager to work across our SaaS platform in a fast-paced, AI-centric environment.
Responsibilities
• Design and deliver features across Gain’s full-stack SaaS platform
• Develop and integrate REST APIs across internal and external systems
• Contribute to AI-assisted development workflows and tooling
• Build and ship production-ready AI applications with LLM agent integration
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-grade software
Required Skills
• Python
• C# or Java
• SQL
• REST
Preferred Skills
• Angular
• Prompt management and observability platforms (e.g. Langfuse)
• AWS, GCP, or Azure
• CI/CD pipelines
• QA Automation
Qualifications
• BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field
• Self-directed with a strong sense of ownership
• AI-first programming mindset
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
