We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with 10+ years of experience to design, develop, and lead the implementation of scalable and high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise along with leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications
Lead system architecture and technical solution design
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise applications for performance
Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams for seamless delivery
Develop and manage integrations with APIs, databases, and third-party systems
Mentor and guide junior developers
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.)
Extensive experience in system design and architecture
Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Familiarity with version control tools (Git)
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD
Soft Skills
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and teamwork
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Preferred
Experience with distributed systems and microservices
Exposure to DevOps and cloud-native technologies
