Software Engineer

Summary
We are actively seeking a Software Engineer for a direct hire position. This role supports design, integration, testing, and validation of autonomy software for off road vehicle platforms.

Responsibilities:
Integrate autonomy software with uncrewed platforms
Collaborate with hardware teams for seamless integration
Configure and test interfaces between systems and subsystems
Troubleshoot integration issues for smooth operation
Implement autonomy algorithms for navigation and decision-making
Support validation through real-world testing
Contribute to local R&D activities concerning payloads and mission systems

Requirements:
BS in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
2+ years of autonomy software integration experience
Experience with unmanned ground vehicle or robotics
Proficiency in software development tools and life cycle
Skills in problem resolution, system tuning, and system upgrades
Experience capturing and analyzing data logs for corrective action plans
Familiarity with priority mission payloads
Knowledge of Linux, Docker, Nvidia, and robotics libraries
Experience with off-road equipment
Willingness to travel up to 60%

Preferred Skills:
Understanding of defense industry practices, regulations, and standards
