Title: Software Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and 4–6 years of hands-on software development experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining complex software modules while working independently with limited supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze technical and functional requirements to design and develop scalable application components
Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications and services
Implement integrated software solutions across multiple systems and platforms
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and development issues
Participate in module-level design discussions and contribute to technical solutioning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, business analysts, architects, and project stakeholders
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to development standards and best practices
Support system integration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
4–6 years of professional experience in Java application development
Strong knowledge of Core Java, object-oriented programming, and software design principles
Experience working with enterprise applications and integrated systems
Ability to work independently on complex development assignments
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Skills
Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices architecture, and relational databases
Familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
Exposure to cloud technologies and modern development frameworks is a plus
