Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Engineer located in Arlington, VA. The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions, focusing on back-end development and programming tasks. Responsibilities will include designing, coding, testing, and debugging applications while applying object-oriented programming principles. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software performance and reliability.
Qualifications
Knowledge and application of Computer Science principles
Experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies
Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with team members
Knowledge of system optimization and scalability is a plus
